Chris was in his own house even if he pulled a gun out there is no law in the US saying you can't walk around your own house with a gun unless you have been arrested before as a convicted felon. Its all he say she say she has to prove it. Nothing will come of this, it was just a waste of police resources and a broke down model trying to get back into the spot light. Its tough to be an entertainer in the US people will come at you, dare you to hit them or do anything the slightest incident will get you in the papers and the attorneys will push for a 6 figure out of court settlement.
