Singing duo Puffy to promote film in TV ad

Female singing duo Puffy will promote “Across the Universe” in narration for TV ads for the film.

The film has many lines from lyrics by the Beatles. Ami Onuki, 34, and Yumi Yoshimura, 33, of Puffy said they are big fans of the Beatles. The TV ads will be aired from August.

Maybe that's why their second hit single, "This is my way of living".「これが私の生きる道」, sounds a lot like the Beatles' hit "I wanna hold your hand" in spots.
