SMAP song reaches No. 1 spot on Oricon for first time

TOKYO —
SMAP’s new song, “Boku no Hanbun” (Half of me), which was released on Dec 21, sold 130,000 copies in the first week, and reached the No. 1 spot on Oricon’s weekly rankings for Jan 2.
It is the first time for a SMAP song to be in the No. 1 spot, although the group has had 46 songs in the top 10 since their debut in 1991.

They have about 20+ No1 singles JT...some of which were actually pretty good. Sekai hitotsu dake no hana? Lion Heart? Yozora no muko?
