A right-wing US American media figure claims US American football combines two of the worst aspects of life in the US: a brief period of intense violence followed by a lengthy committee meeting. It’s huge business. The organizing body makes billions, and is still tax exempt. It does, though, keep lots of medical personnel employed treating concussions and a range of other equally serious physical problems. Bread and circus.

Sony has been taking a few hits themselves recently. Something tells me the Big 6, who control 90% of what the US reads, watches and listens to, don't like Sony messing around in their territory.

SenseNotSoCommon: You beat me to it! I was about to say Sony just loves to kow-tow to intimidation and perceived threats, as they did with The Interview. And they denied it then as well.
