Taichi Kokubun living with new girlfriend

TOKYO —

Taichi Kokubun, 33, a member of Johnny’s idol group TOKIO, has been living together with his new girlfriend, weekly magazine Shukan Bunshun reports. Last year, Kokubun broke up with singer aiko, 32, with whom he was in a relationship for eight years. According to Bunshun, Kokubun’s new girlfriend is in her early 20s, and the two have been living together for some time.

A spokesperson for Johnny’s said, “It is not true that they are living together. We understand they are just friends.”

well I don't know about you, but I would find it strange (if not a bit sick) if a fifty year old were chasing someone if his/her early 20's.

O.K., maybe it's not too old for some couples but I think for most any age difference where the female (or male) is in young 20's and the partner is in their 30's isn't the most ideal of unions. Just too many different life goals and outlook. Young 20 year old women are looking to start their careers in this age. But if they are celebrities maybe it's a different situation.

I heard the rule for dating someone younger is half your age + 7 years, so if you're 50 you can date someone who's 32. But I don't know. Anyone who is 25 and older should be OK to date...

However... the math for that doesn't work for 18 - 20 year olds. New rule... 18 - 20 can only date as young as 18.
