The story behind this story:
So they want to invite Ono Yoko to Austria (don't ask me the reasons - shudders~~~ ). They are even putting 26000 USD behind this invitation., for her to come and pick it up...
So what does the "lady" do? Gives them the finger, tells them: "Hey boys&gals, I don't have time for such bull faeces right now. Send me the money, and I'll pick up the rest of the prize whenever I can get to it - that is - next year, in March"....
In the meanwhile, 1000X times more talented young artists (but who did not have the chance to marry John (Lennon, not the pope)) are desperately looking for funds to finish art projects in Vienna.

I guess Yoko Ono still is the most famous Japanese person abroad (apart from the "Fukushima 50" if they count) - but being famous hardly qualifies as being talented. Must have been a quiet year for art in Austria? Having said that, her art is much better than her singing - and that is saying something!
