TOKYO —
Actress Yukie Nakama, 28, will play the wife of Hideyoshi Toyotomi, the Sengoku period warlord who unified Japan in the 17th century, in a new TV drama “Nene – Onna Taiheiki.” It will air on the TV Tokyo network in January next year.
Nakama, who will play the role of Toyotomi’s wife Nene throughout her life, said, “It’s difficult to play a wide range of ages, but I will do my best.”

'bit'? Quite a few typographic errors today, folks. Check the Southern All Stars article as well: 'able' typed as 'bale'.
Anyhow, Yukie, a 28 year old playing a 14 year old is a stretch, even for you. Just look doleful.
Moderator: They have been corrected, thank you.

What a peach, what other big-time female star can claim to do historical dramas, dramas where she plays a quirky schoolteacher, dramas where she plays a plucky OL/cop/lawyer, and also star in CM's pitching cars, a rail service, a tealike beverage, a cell phone service and cold medications? Oh that's right, all of them.

Well, she's obviously so good the only surprise is she won't play the role of Hideyoshi Toyotomi as well.
