    I bet if he was not forced to retire at 60 and be rehired back at substantially lower wages, he would not be going into his own business. Maybe the stupid retirement unwritten law worked out well for this guy, but it sure does not for others in this system.

    good luck to him. Asics made some great shoes under his direction. My first track spikes were awesome things made in the late 70's
