Gwen Stefani’s back — and smells fantastic. The former No Doubt lead singer paid homage to the teen fashion hub by terming her four Asian backup singers the “Harajuku Girls,” and the name stuck. Half a decade on, the five gals will be immortalized as cutesy dolls hawking a new line of perfumes. Harajuku Lovers Fragrance by Gwen Stefani was released in mid-December, and is being sold at a temporary “pop-up store” in the Gyre complex in Omotesando.
The 30 ml version is only available at the Gyre shop, and all purchases include a special limited edition carrying pouch. (Metropolis)
Additional Information:
2,900 yen (10 ml), 5,500 yen (30 ml). 2F Gyre, 5-10-1 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku.
