Andaz Tokyo starts wintertime happy hour at BeBu

Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills has started a wintertime happy hour at BeBu, the hotel’s ground-floor café and bar featuring a menu of signature burgers and grilled items overseen by executive chef Gerhard Passrugger.

Also newly launched on the same floor is BeBu Lounge, hosting pop-ups by worldwide brands that promise creative surprises as only Andaz Tokyo can deliver. Champagne, wine, light snacks, seasonal pastries, and more are offered here in a relaxed setting with sofa seating.

BeBu Café and Bar Happy Hour

Wintertime happy hour runs from 5 to 8 p.m. on weekdays. A glass of wine or Asahi Super Dry beer with BeBu specialty snacks is 500 yen — a welcome way to unwind after a day at the office. BeBu presents an extensive selection of grilled dishes from beef burgers to beef sirloin and rib eye, chicken, and salmon fillets. The street-level venue with floor-to-ceiling windows entices diners to enjoy lunch in a bright sunlit space, or to drop in for a casual bite after work.

BeBu Lounge

Opened on November 1, BeBu Lounge serves both alcoholic beverages and soft drinks including champagne, wine, coffee, and tea along with shrimp cocktails, snacks, and éclairs and seasonal tarts by pastry chef Masaki Okazaki, winner of the 2012 Mondial des Arts Sucrés in Paris. In addition, pop-up collaborations with premium worldwide brands guarantee exciting experiences and surprises off and on throughout the year. Interior design by Tony Chi lends the lounge a stylish yet warm look, inviting guests to sink back into supreme comfort.

Through December 31, Maison Veuve Clicquot offers a pop-up bar, where the Brut Yellow Label and Rosé champagnes may be enjoyed by both the glass and bottle as follows, exclusive of tax:

• Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label: 2,100 yen by the glass and 11,000 yen per bottle • Veuve Clicquot Rosé: 2,500 yen by the glass and 13,000 yen per bottle
