Also available at Fiorentina Pastry Boutique are Christmas and New Year hampers filled with favorite Fiorentina desserts and products.

The French Kitchen will offer a casual dinner party plan from December to January perfect for gatherings with friends. For groups of more than eight guests, the private dining room fee will beverages, including Bordeaux and Bourgogne wine, and sparkling wine for an addition 1,500 yen.

Bistro & Vin will be running throughout the year, featuring the chef's seasonal specialty menu served with free-flowing French red wines. Furthermore, a favorite dish at The French Kitchen, the winter casserole, will be back as the ideal way to warm the body and soul on a cold winter's day. All casserole dishes are braised for a long period of time to bring out the taste of the ingredients, ensuring that diners can warm up with the delicious flavors of the freshest meat and vegetables.

Shunbou, the hotel's Japanese restaurant, will offer six types of Hot Pot cooked and served to the table. For female guests, there is the Collagen Hot Pot, which includes softshell turtle to enhance beautiful skin. A line-up of Japanese sakes with a dry, refreshing flavor is perfect to pair with these dishes, including the MIZUBASHO Pure Sparkling Sake from Gunma Prefecture.

Meanwhile, in Roku Roku, the hotel's sushi restaurant, a special sushi selection will use seasonal ingredients, such as tuna from Ohma. Warming dishes and beverage using zesty ginger will also be offered by way of ginger hot pot and Roku Roku's original ginger drink.

The Oak Door will feature pot pies, offering diners the chance to indulge in the crisp texture of a baked outer crust with a melting hot stew underneath, served with fresh seasonal vegetables. The set menu allows guests to choose either beef or chicken, which our chefs will carefully prepare to order, topped with crispy puff pastry and baked to perfection. The signature wood-burning oven with its warm fire will create the perfect setting for a winter dining ambience.

Keyakizaka, the hotel's teppanyaki restaurant, will offer a variety of French-style teppan dishes prepared dynamically with such premium ingredients into a warming Pot-au-feu, increasing the bodies's metabolism. In addition, a tasting menu between Akaushi beef, a rare Japanese beef which accounts for only 0.02% of all domestic beef, and Kuroge wagyu from Kouchi will be featured. All dishes are prepared in front of the guests, who can enjoy communicating with the chefs as they watch their superb cooking skills.
