Sounds like we are going to eat a bowl of Basil/Mayo dressing. With this recipe, who needs potatoes.

One thing in Japan I never buy is Japanese Potato Salad. It is like Mashed Potato Salad that smells like a refrigerator.

Basil is extremely powerful. I think the short order cook here is using too much of it.
