    Eating of matzo is mostly done on Passover. Never thought of eating it any other time of year in my case. Maybe they should concider making bagels if they don't already. I see the salty pretzel thing is taking off here in some parts of Tokyo. Matzo doesn't have the taste Japanese would like. it's too traditionally Jewish.
