    This will scare the consumer and also the restaurant owner.. but sushi bars should have nothing to worry about.. places like Cheesecake Factory (CNN report) and other chains who have excess amounts of butter and salt in their food will not like it. They should also say if they are using farm raised fish, GMO rice, etc. I dont think most people care.. they do not go out to worry about calories... and what about beer?
