I don't drink, and I like eating (Japanese) honey and lots of fruit. My harem keep me physically in good shape, and between them and their mothers I get some really great food. I don't get fat because I live a fast life on the edge of danger at all times, and must keep my wits because I usually speed on my motorcycle. I don't go to doctors unless I need them to get something for me which I can't buy or make myself. I keep my mind sharp by not owning.watching a TV, and make a point of figuring-out the direction the world is taking so I can make plans in order to secure things for me and mine.

Hmm... I stoped eating instant food and fast food, also I am so happy of stoping smoking cigaretes and I drink beers or wine only in parties. But I really need to do some exercise, like running or swiming.

I cook my own food, avoid industrial pre-made foods (such as dumplings, frozen patties and the like), never eat out (unless there's some sort of university gathering), avoid alcohol consumption and walk as much as possible instead of taking the bus. I try to eat at the right times and sleep more than 6 hours a night. Ideally, 8 hours. I don't smoke. I take multivitamins with minerals and Calcium daily. I don't have sugar at home, except sometimes diet sugar sticks for occasional tea.

When I feel I need to burn off some stress, I workout at home; mainly 1.5 pound dumbbells.

    Beer?

    Wine, women and song.

In my case, happoshu usually suffices for the wine, one woman has been sufficing for quite a few years now, and Christmas songs are my favorite songs to sing. I sing them all year, along with some Led Zep tunes ( ya'll should hear my Robert Plant imitation ).

Also, avoid eating too many Quarter Pounders. Negi toro is a much better choice.

I like to eat healthy food, such as seaweeds and vegetables, I like to drink wine every night, I sometimes swim for 1000M, I sometimes take chinese medecine which is good for women, and everytime I feel stressed out of my surroudings, I try to talk with people not only friends,,,most of the time I can not do this because I am busy! Do whatever I want, try not to watch boring television programs.

Nessie: I don't drink beer; I never developed a liking for it. I only drink on occasion, like parties, at the toast... or on holidays sometimes. On Christmas season I favor hot cocoa with Bailey's before calling it a night. It goes nicely with coffee, too. Or coffee with Cointreau or Amaretto... The scent of holidays and sweet relaxation right there.

I climb steps for exercise; I got into it when I lived in a high rise in a cold climate. It's something you can do anywhere regardless of weather. Also, yoga can be done anywhere and has multiple health benefits.

I also avoid munching on the goodies people bring into the office, which tend to be high-fat snack food. Though I'm not adverse to unloading such items on colleagues!

Slowly losing the battle here, but I am still alive, so some of it must be right.

My workplace forces me to think and do things that my naturally lazy brain would not allow me to do if I retired.

I use the stairs instead of the elevator 50% of the time.

Been on the banana diet for two months now, one or two bananas and some lukewarm water for breakfast. Usually holds till lunchtime and the brain functions pretty well, but it's all downhill from then on. The diet tends to be non-meat, but the wife feeds me stuff that I would avoid if I could be on my own again.

Visited a little fishing village yesterday and climbed a hill and that felt good.

My motto: "You really need to do more exercise, but don't force it."

Sex, sex and more sex.! I knew it had to be good for something! Ok its not the whole story, Wifey fights enough with me to keep me in shape, with or without the sex. Now, truth is; fight 75%+ of the the time, then sneak in a quickie.

Eat fresh healthy food, keep a pure mind and spirit is about all I can offer.

    Happy New Year JT!

Full 40km run from 6am every day. Then hit the gym. Then spend about 3-4 hours meeting clients and making sure our fund is run right. A quick lunch, salad and chicken breast. Then back to the gym for weights. A few more hours of work, then ride the bicycle about 60km. And lots of sex, it's good for you! I get some from the girls at the gym, some from the girls at work and some to bring home here and there, plus the occasional client. Anyway, then it's off to the dojo to practice for the next nationals. On weekends add in shooting range.

The real challenge is not staying fit, but rather doing so without becoming completely self-absorbed.

I quit going to one gym where they installed mirrors, at member request, so you could look at your butt. A friend then had a set installed at her home, claiming she needed to so do for attire purposes. I'd much rather look at other people than admire my own reflection in the mirror.
