Well, I'm still enjoyin' this four-month-plus vacation I'd been plannin' for a couple of years. Life is good. 2010 will be good, too. Aloooooha.

The worst that immedidately comes to mind? Hmmmm... I had to put on a t-shirt inside my airy island home several days ago because it was chilly. Another... The company that does the maintenance on my truck didn't seal the oil filter tightly enough and several days later I noticed some oil stains on my newly sealed parking area. -Easy for me to fix but that annoyance should've been completely unnecessary.

The worst thing was when I fell off a stool and hurt my back real badly keeping me like a zombie for months. The best thing was a beautiful trip snorkelling in the Sea of Japan.

The worst thing, I was hit by a car that was driven by a vey bad sighted obachan. The best thing, just a scratch and im okay, too bad they have to replace my old scooter.

Worst: I can never win LOTO6 and cannot go back to my country. Best: I got drunk so often and dated a few victims I met in roppongi/shinjuku. I love it

As you've known me on JT after all this time, I think you know I would value the lives of dumb animals over those humans who've lost their 'sacredness'.

Assumin' he was a 'good' animal, I'd much prefer he or she continued to draw breath over others of our specie.

If I have to think about it, then it means it must have been an average year. The best thing is that I am still alive and every day I am granted a new lease of life. The worst thing was having to pay 17,000 USD for a gearbox rebuild.

The worst things: my colleague was killed. The best things- there are many: went twice to Japan, got wonderful jewellery and dresses, realised that my job is not that bad at all

Aki2030: my Japanese- Swiss b.friend broke up with me as well. But… I was thinking and I did realised this fact belongs to the good thing. If he broker up, it means he wasn’t good for you and in the same time it gives you an opportunity to find your Mr Right
