- Hoshino Aki. I know why she's popular, still... not sure why she's anywhere else besides idol videos.

tabana - Gaga is hardly just a clothes hanger. She is a designer (clothes, sets..), she's a dedicated musician, she's a great singer, she's a great songwriter, she's a great dancer and performer.

Not really attributes to group with the jonny set.

And I do agree with your choice of jonnies as being pretty hard to take.

Well, I'm not too keen on foreign celebrities unless it's Angelina Jolie, including Japanese ones like those girly boy type bands that are too numerous to list, nor that leathery-faced omni-presence Mino Monta, but, a little closer to home I'd have to nominate John Terry and Wayne Bridge, if celebrities they are, it's enough to give one a groin strain whilst hoofin' it down the right wing, squire.

Hands down - Ishida Junichi. I have no idea what talent this guy has other than prance around with no sox and grope young girls on quiz shows.........

On the US side, Kate and John - their own immaturity and narcissm plus their complete disregard for their children's welfare ought to be enough to have both of them thrown in jail.......

Beckie & Becky-Becky the caucasian you tube star. Becky the "haafu" very annoying squeaky voice girl.- All actors, actresses,& musicians doing commericals to buy HD TV's. I really do not need an old musician to tell me this television is good. Micheal Jackson's father & family who need to stay out of the camera spotlight. It's toooo much, even the children need to stay away from the camera.

any of those "tarentos" from variety shows, pathetic movies or lame pop singers. I want to hear from serious actors and musicians with something one can admire about their craft and personality.

I dont want to hear about stupid "best jeans wearers" wanting a wedding ring or old men wanting love scenes with younger female costars.

I had enough!

I have to agree. The costumes she wear are really distracting people from her musical talents. This girl can really sing and she plays the piano. Her live performance of Speechless put other so-called singers to shame.

Why are people talking about British stars? They're hardly seen in Japan. The only ones I get sick of are the Beckhams, and we only get to see them when they're in Japan. The wife is about as relevant to this world as Paris Hilton. Sick of most of the J-tarentos too.

"Lady" GaGa. Not sure why ANYONE can insist she can sing and perform, other than they must have an extremely limited view of those attributes.

Becky. God, that girl and her attempts at eternal "cuteness" get on my nerves.

And that girl that was in The Last Samurai currently doing makeup and tv commercials. Can't stand her. Want to reach into the TV and punch her in the mug.

And sorry.... Obama and anyone connected to healthcare reform. You had a supermajority, and you blew it. There was no way for the GOP to obstruct, so quit whining on and on about your own feckless ways and either shove it thru or start working on something important... like jobs and the economy.

Angelina Jolly would be the one that makes me change the channel. However, I can't get enough of the Japanese environment minister Mr. Katsuya Okada. He's definitely the best value for money entertainer on the scene at present.
