Hopefully this treatment proves to be effective as many people may very well need it in the near future both in Japan and abroad.

It'll be great if the results can be confirmed in a larger study. That would give a lot of hope to many!

Yup, cancer has been a scourge for centuries. People will definitely need this.

I have concerns about this type of treatment, and while it is very promising one has to bear in mind that we don't fully understand the role of T-cells yet, and these cells are attacking everything in sight. We could very well be creating the next HIV virus.

A cure for cancer? Not likely as that would prevent the big pharmaceuticals making massive profits.

Did you know that a single vial of a chemo-therapy drug in Japan can be around 70,000 yen?

It is not in the business interest to have a cure.........
