The correct word for a practitioner of acupuncture is not acupuncture's, but acupuncturist. (Paragraph 11).
There are herbs which you can try for hayfever as well.
I developed hayfever in Japan, it has come on gradually over the years, in the last 3-5 years been pretty bad.
I have found that taking nettle, horseradish, and cayenne (in liquid form) really helped with the watery eyes and sneezing.
Using a neti pot daily (a painless, easy way to sluice out the nasal cavities) also cuts down the effects.

After 8 weeks the pollen is gone. That is why they got better. Only thing that works for me is avoiding this country in spring.

Why don't they just cut down the offending cedar trees? Who needs 'em?

If sham acupunture have the same effects why would anybody try the real thing? just get the placebo effect from a cheap actor using "needles" that don't pierce the skin, you will get the same benefit for less money and without the risks that come with the wounds.

a $4 bottle of benadryl (generic brands are cheaper) will do the trick. take as directed for 4 or 5 days. It knocks down the histamine levels in your body.
