Avoid Coke and Pepsi like the pest if you want to lose fat. Water, green tea and black coffee are your best alternatives.

Coke is good to clean our toilets, due to its contents of ascorbic and other Acids. Many paces it is also used as pesticides due to high contents( above allowable limits) of poisonous chemicals and pesticides.SO It is not for your body.

Junk, pure junk. Avoid at all costs. Actually, avoid and save money. The corporations do NOT have your health in mind, only your money going to them. Peppermint tea is always better, for instance.
