Type 2 diabetes is actually avoidable and can be effectively treated without medications in about the same percentage of cases. That's done by recovering your leptin hormone and insulin sensitivity. In fact the only known way to re-establish proper leptin and insulin signaling is through proper diet and exercise. There is no drug that can establish this so following lifestyle changes can definitely help to recover your insulin/leptin sensitivity and help normalize weight and blood pressure. In the end you just be might treated successfully from your diabetes.

Nothing surprises me anymore. Every time I go back there I see people walking around as if the whole country has collectively let itself go. the sight of women sitting on the steps outside ASDA, arse hanging out the back of their jeans, jowls smacking and sucking as they balance a fagg in one hand and tuck into a whole roast chicken with the other, can of black label gripped between their knees. WTH happened to us??!

Sad to hear, like many others the slim image of Britain got destroyed. Myself could do with a bit more exercise and calorie watching, bit heavier than I would like to be, could drop about 11pounds.
