I lost my friend to Leukemia last year.
She was very strong and decided to go through immunotherapy clinical trial conducted by University of Colorado Cancer Center. They injected her own T cells (I do not know if that was CTL019) to her but eventually failed.
I like to know how some patients went to remission successfully and some responded very poorly. I would like to know why PD1 was not administered along with it.
