It helps to eat different sources of protein in your diet and not just one or two because there is no single best lean protein source. In other words different forms of protein provide certain advantages that others may not offer. In the end you will probably be more healthy as well as live longer by not smoking or drinking alcohol excessively, by exercising and by eating a good diet which can be augmented by supplements. The longer you live the more your remaining longevity depends upon lifestyle.
