Basically if you struggle from heartburn it's from too little stomach acid. You can address the deficiency by taking betaine hydrochloric supplement or using unprocessed Himalayan salt which will help your body to make sufficient amount of stomach acid naturally. In order to treat heartburn and acid indigestion you have to restore the natural gastric balance and function and address your gut health. Then eliminate processed foods and sugars because they can worsen acid reflux. That's why you need to eat lots of fresh vegetables and other unprocessed organic foods and eliminate caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine.

Really? I used to get it really bad, I thought it was from too much stomach acid.

Losing weight, and stopping eating garbage food entirely eliminated my heartburn. I haven't had it in years. I used to get it all the time, and I always carried heartburn medicine with me. It's so nice not having to deal with that anymore.
