    I remember the viral lab at my University, which housed a strain of cholera strong enough to kill 90% of those infected. The security was impressive... a sign on the door saying, "Biohazard. Do Not Enter.*, and a swipe-card access panel that malfunctioned so frequently that the graduate students used to find it faster and easier to jimmy the door lock with their cards than use the access panel.
