Yikes. Is this really true? Are people really buying breastmilk from strangers, to feed their kids? Why not just go all out and hire wet nurses?

Yea, this is frightening when the true origin/personal habits the source can cloak.

@Tessa. Yes it is true, that has been a lot of coverage about this in the UK. If there was a regulated network of wet nurses at least they would be screened and checked to make sure they are healthy.
