@Alex, for many obese people, food is an addiction. The food industry makes tens of billions of $, then creates the Diet Industry, that makes tens of billions $. It is difficult to break way from something that makes you an addict, especially with the numbers involved.

Big money for the makers. (Another) big disappointment for overweight people. As they say: there's a sucker born every minute. I learned my lesson years ago.

. The main problem with the food that makes you fat is the fact it taste so good.

This device may make you feel full, but if you are eating because you are depressed, then it may not work.

Just remember cancer loves obesity.

I have lost more than 26lbs in 12 months. I have 20 lbs to go for the next 12 months. So far, my sugar a1c went down from 7 to 6.2. My a1c goal is 5.7 at the end, so I will not be diabetic. My heart beat improved from 81 to 65 beats/minute. My blood pressure is 120/70 now. O2 saturation is 98. Breathing capacity went up to 2500-2700 from 1800 (post surgery) I am carrying a new ME. I feel better and I am a cancer survivor.

All I had to do is to push food away, staying physically active and eat smart. Eat 9 grams of fiber. Eat salad with fine protein. Calculate your b.m.i. and stick with ideal calories intake for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Never eat after 6pm. Stay mentally positive and alert. Appreciate life is a gift. Live your today as if this is your last day in life. Give Thanks!!
