I train pretty much every day of the week and I do lots of different stuff, but I have to say that yoga is the toughest thing I do, hands down. It's not as demanding as some of my other training days, (plyo training anyone) but it just works everything else I don't usually hit with weights, plyo, or hiit trainings. I know a lot of my training buddies look down on it but it is so effective and the way it takes care of your stress is just out of this world.

    I'm definitely going to continue.

I suffered from heart arrhythmia for years, and the medications prescribed by doctors didn't help. I went on a 2 week hiking and camping trip through mountains, and my arrhythmia hardly bothered me at all. I realized the likely cure was the dried bananas I had taken to snack on. So I started eating a banana every morning with my breakfast. That was 10 years ago, and my heart still beats regularly with a banana a day! I do try to minimize stress in my life, but the natural potassium in banana seems to have a much greater effect than whether I am under stress or not.

Jim thanks for the great advice! I get the arrhythmia that flares up with stress and will try bananas.
