They are already paralysed...what a sick fight to see.

Let them do whatever they want to do. But it really makes me feel sad inside. As if their lives are not tough enough already. Tennis, basketball for the wheelchair bound etc., I think is great. But this?

I don´t get it. How do you wrestle in a wheelchair??

They are volunteers. Fantastic! Yes it can be a little uncomfortable for some people to see disabled people but why should it be? We are all human beings so we should all be treated equally. They don't look at themselves any differently.

I think this is great. Don't you think it would be exceptionally boring to live all your time in a wheelchair? It's good for body and soul to get out of it and do something physically accomplished! Good for everyone involved.

WilliB: You don't. You are taken off it and put in the ring as is.

One of the bouts pitted “The Blind Giant”, against a profoundly deaf opponent.

Was this not in Monty Python?

I am all for equal rights for the handi-capped, but this one particular fight comes across like a circus event.
