and small children... Keep them home. The hot bath isn't good for them. So many times I have seen 10 and 11 year old children in hot baths and sauna's. Stupid!

don`t forget that Japanese kids are special and different than foreign one. They are fine to be half naked while outside is -15C, because they cannot regulate body temperature, though mothers are covered to the top, they are fine to be "boiled" in hot spring, eat sushi and mac at age of 1 and so on
