Conspiracy Theories
It's good to see Japan trying to get people ready for a disaster. Better safe than sorry. But if many of these city dwellers take some time to enjoy the outdoors and breath some freshair sometimes, alot of ssurvival skills can be naturally learned when camping, hiking, etc.
