Right. I've studied hard and trained all my life to become an astronaut. I've survived the military fitness training and the specialist astronaut course at NASA. Here we go now, off to the moon. Feeling a little peckish after all that hard training and those g-forces throwing me up in space. Let's see, what do we have to eat for a successful person like myself. Oden ? Tonkatsu in a bread sandwich ? Natto ? Oh man what's that nasty stink !
Yes we like Japanese food yes we like Japan, yawn does your ego feel better? Just don't catch us when you're out of earshot and don't give us anything really Japanese either. And since when is raamen and curry and rice Japanese? I'm sure the Chinese could supply a better dish and the Indians for example, but be sure to take out most of the meat and add some dried pickles.
Japanese curry is a joke and I hope these astronauts aren't forced to down the Japanese take on it, lest they are forced to search for an emergency ward in space, which would be quicker than returning to Earth and hoping to get into a Japanese hospital here.
How exactly do you suck ramen in outer space? The mind boggles.
Umm, astronauts suck most of their foods out of those toothpaste like bags, it shouldn't be that mind boggling. If they still make Slurping sounds when eating is a whole other bag of cats.
Now what is really mind boggling question, is whether or not they eat thier beef stew with fork or a spoon?

Ronin - Guinnness Stout is Irish beer ( and damn good beer! )
The question should be "Have they brought Kirin Lager up there yet?"

Kirin Lager before drinking is like Asahi Super dry after drinking.
This way, you can be prepared: on the space station the toilet water is recycled as drinking water.

Their "experimental module" is called "Hope," but I hope they are not using Meat Hope to supply the dead animal meal parts.
