    Olympic sport!

Replace one of those other silly "Olympic sports" like snychronized swimming or diving with pole dancing!

Pole Dancing......hmmmm I do not think it would be as seedy a show as "Pole Smoking" yet both will draw huge numbers.

Serrano, sync swimming is cool. Especially like the scene in Caddy Shack.

I can see pole dancing becoming part of Gymnastics, but it needs to begin from High School onward.

Sync swimming and pole dancing are for hobbies not sports. I am sure women have better things to do than persue these childish trends.

Hmm, I think I need more videos to properly evaluate this phenomenon.

You wont be taken seriously as a sport when:

    • Photo 1+2: Back wall says "Las Vegas Stripper university"

    • Photo 3: Girls T-shirt says "naughty"

To become an Olympic powerhouse, Japan should start teaching this to high school girls as young as possible ASAP!

Not saure it could be considered an olympic sport, but to actually get up on the pole and use it athletically (not the sashay-up stuff they are talking about in the article) is REALLY hard! The pros make it look so easy.

do they expect people to attend the olympics with a wad of single bills? will they judged based on how many tips they receive?
