What a fantastic surprise. The world-famous Japanese efficiency. Someold blokes need to claim more expenses for sitting around nodding before the medicine gets out.

May be these prefectures are least affected by H1N1/A (in Japan known as 'new' virus) or lied to Kyodo News Survey.

Will they report deaths caused by this anti-flu vaccination?

The new solution appears to be to export the problem to NZ where 50 students who turned up with swine flu are being quarantined.

I guess they didn't have enough meetings yet to decide the course of action on starting the process of making a decision.

I hate to ask this but can you get it if you are not Japanese?

    re:bobbafett...

Imagine my surprise when I have to walk through a whole bunch of them to get into the Teachers College cafe and they all have masks on! I hope the poor JTB guides looking after them don't get it. Isn't it funny now that they stopped all these people coming over here because we had it, now they have it infinitely worse and they haven't once said "don't come to Japan".

And you watch... surprisingly enough, these will be the sixteen prefectures with the least number of vaccination-resistant virus strains in a few months, and the least number of 'unexplainable' deaths caused by reactions to the vaccine.

    gogogo,

yes, if you pay for Japanese Health Insurance and can go to a doctor, you can get the vaccination.

lunchmeat...seems like no one wants to hear about that...they'd rather Japan bash. Interesting question, though...will they report deaths and side-effects from the unsafe vaccination? They don't seem to be planning on advertising that part of the vaccination in the US, although England doctors and hospitals have been advised of the risks, and many health care professionals have opted not to take the shot.

im really feeling bad about this issue bcs this illness is widelly spreading and im sure that japan would not surrender to this case. ur friend from morocco.

cited such factors as delays in procedures to select hospitals that would implement vaccine injections as well as difficulties they face in deciding how to distribute the vaccines among the hospitals.

Classic! How many months have they had to prepare for this? 3? 4? Now, a little over a week before they are due to start they cannot initiate the biggest vaccination program in Japan's history. The reasons they have cited are far from being major issues. They are virtually the only two issues they had to resolve from the beginning - Which hospitals will issue the vaccines and, how to get it to the hospitals. What the flick have they been doing?

    • Yeah, it's Japan bashing time, but the morons deserve it!
