    The bored of education can count its lucky stars that no one offed themselves as a results of "failing". This is Japan- yes that kind of thing happens.

    Oita is the only place they got caught. There everyone is now falling over themselves to be seen to be doing the right thing in the public eye. I bet all relevant documents elsewhere have been burnt by now... hehehe
