As I've mentioned on many other post concerning this issue, far too many large trucks on Japanese roads with little to no zoning to control their movement in residential areas as well. One could get lost on the highways here by not knowing where to exit because of being surrounded by an ocean of large trucks going nowhere with drivers yakking on CB radios or cell phones. May the deceased RIP.
