    20,000 birds in a 900 sq m building = over 22 birds per square metre, not counting walkways. Better than the 45 birds per square metre that died in the recent Ibaraki fire, but still a farm in name only. It's a factory.

    ".....the fire may spread to the building" I am not not clever like Japanese police but i believe the fire did spread to the building or there was a krafty chicken having a cigarette behind the building....it possible its Japan.

    Is it me, or does this same story keep re-appearing? The fate of chickens are an eternal void of hope.
