Lot of anti China here are very good at predicting China, you going against the flow. 1) China will back off , they predict when it first announce the ADIZ, since big brother US are with them. 2) No airlines will comply.

China is keen on growing it's economy as well as expanding it's military power and territory. As it's economy grows the volume of trade carried on Chinese and Chinese controlled ships increases. Currently the world's commercial seaways are protected by the US Navy, a concept that doesn't sit well with the PLA Navy.Creating very wide ADIZs is another way of expanding control over such areas.

If ABE thinks hiding under the Apron of Washington will work, well it won't. Have a look at the MAP and SEE WHERE THE ISLANDS ARE. Japan is nowhere near them. They are just outside China. Washington should be patrolling their Waters. Washingtons Waters are off the Coast of California New York Florida New York etc. NOT the entire world. They are provoking things that could get worse and worse. China will not back down from a fight. Mr Abe have you seen Chinese War 'Games"?? I have. They are ferocious. What is Washington going to do?? Launch a Nuke? As soon as one is loaded its game over for the entire Planet. A domino effect of several hundred Nukes will wipe out the entire Planet. gsgsgs oh nonsense Japan is much closer. Ishigaki is 170 km vs 305 km for the PRC. Okinawa Prefecture is part of Japan. The USA has no need to use atomic weapons. No matter how you say it the truth is these islands are part of Okinawa which is part of Japan. If the PRC gets away with this they will interfere with ship and aircraft traffic from Okinawa. The people of Okinawa have noted this hostile move from PRC. It is not how you win friends. In fact most Chinese hate the people of Okinawa. Get this there will be no war unless the Peoples Republic fires the first shot.

There is no reason to talk with an invader, which China is trying to be.

The Senkakus have little value themselves but they are territory of Japan. Period. Therefore whatever Japan decides to do with and about them is their right, and the world supports that. China is just way way out of touch with reality and their propaganda has affected their own view of things. That is the danger of a closed circle state, it cannot actually understand the reality outside of its own projected fantasy.

There is no need to take extreme measures. No way will the world allow China to do another Tibet here. We are now aware of how far they will go if not stopped cold in their tracks and it is happening now. There is no issue to negotiate and no dispute. China needs to accept the fact that they cannot bully or push around all the other nations in the Pacific just because they want to assert their self image of power. Japan OWNS the islands they ARE JAPANESE. period. end of story.

There IS an rather big issue to negotiate. It dates back to the San Francisco peace treaty of 1951, to which China wasnt even invited to attend. Japan doesnt OWN the islets legally.
