lucky boy. His parents dodged a bullet. But still prevention is better than cure. Just a little common sense could have prevented a near fatality. I am curious as the how the fly screen absorbed most of the impact. It must have had very thick frames to act a trampoline. Still,the boy is a miracle child.

lot of fly screens are seriously fragile and dodgy, just yesterday due to the warm weather I opened a window at work and tried to adjust the flyscreen, flimsy worn out thing dropped off! hopeless! Any screen that is on an apartment building up high should be subject to tougher standards for strength.
