Okay, but was the operator arrested?

Was he/she at fault?
Plough in parking lot, she's coming out if the store... is there nothing between the lot and the door?

Never seems to matter if one is driving a car. They just arrest the driver, and ask questions later. Then they come up with bizarre answers if you ask me.

In a blizzard, on private land (not a public road, so not governed by road traffic laws). Lights on, engine running. Was the old lady watching where she was going? Extenuating circumstances, I would guess.
Even so, the authorities will probably throw the book at the operator.
