Japn sent 800 to live in Brazil in 1908. Now there is a million and a half, They dumped a like amount in Peru just before WWII and one was even President of Peru.

Gosh, I wish I could have covered the story in Brazil and I would be able to get an in-depth story and I am sure I would be able to learn how many would yearn to return

Gosh, just go to Hamamatsu in Shizuoka Prefecture, were thousands of Brazilians and Brazilians of Japanese decent live in perfect harmony with their Japanese counterparts. Many are actually quite happy to live and work here in Japan, where you do not have 5 year olds ready to shoot you dead on the streets of Rio de Janeiro.
