As if banks in Japan don't have tons of cash they could lend out.

Some Guru sky pilot mentioned in the article above wants to charge interest on micro loans for profit to those who are suffering…including in the North of Japan.

It would be appreciated if a Japanese official could kindly direct the world to a reference source that publicly informs us of how the millions of donated dollars to the tsunami and earthquake relief funds in Japan were allotted and spent, (March 11, 2011…to present).

Considering millions if not billions of Yen where donated by not just governments functioning in official diplomatic duties, but also ‘’individual contributions’’ that were made by ordinary individuals from around the world, a complete explanation to the world public is warranted by Japan as to where all donated funds were allotted.

That’s right! Where’s the spread sheet Japan? Why were millions pouring in and those in the north stayed in shelters for months with little to no supplies? Where is our money? How was it spent? Where was it allotted to? By the way, I taught there were 5 pillars, not 3.
