Geez! I have an irregular pulse too! I wish somebody would cancel all my busy work schedules, pay my food and home mortgage, kid's educational tuition etc..but I do hope this old guy to get better soon!

    He had a pulse?

horsefell -- you beat me to it. Based on pictures, I would guess his resting heart rate is about 20. I guess just visiting a sports facility got his heartbeat out of whack.

I was a nurse for 5 years, and I never heard of an "anomoly in the chest". What does that mean? And, its "bone density" not "bone intensity".

Keep trying, Willie. That improves the odds of someone giving a damn about you. Incidentally, this is important news for many in this country, so spare a though for them as well.

Prostate Cancer is a slow moving cancer that can be cured by the use of Graviola a herb from the Rainforest and his heart problem can be cured by the use of the old Japanese standby "Natto."

Or.....you just sit around and die!

sensei258 I think it is a test that is done in a lab to check on the heart beat of someone. I just had it almost a week ago, because my GPDoctor feels my heart beat/pace is to slow, (to all hospitals I have been in, for other reasons, came up with the same worry about the slow heart pace) & according to my GP it could lead to loosing balance.

Should know more about it on friday. Might be reason for a heart pacer to get the heart back to normal pace.

Rest? Rest? Rest? Sounds great for terribly busy folks like me, but I am sure I would get sick and tired of being so "rested" and it can't be healthy for your body to just "rest." I good physical work out does wonders for your body and mind. So forget the "rest in peace" and how about letting us common peon worker folk (both native Japanese and us non-Japanese) have time to rest after a nice work out dear Emperor?

They have a schedule of about 180 events a year, I've read, often involving travel. Formal dress and protocol, travel, I'd think it might be tiring at their age, and he's still receiving hormone therapy.
