    how about for case of leak from poorly maintained, shoddily constructed japanese nuclear plants ? the warships have an excellent track record of no leaks...the same cannot be said of the local crapola

    If one goes to San Diego, you will see 3 carries and about 14 nuclear powered submarines there. Never do you ever see any of the schools conduct such drills. They do conduct a base drill that notifies local emergency services, but it is low key. Same thing in Norfolk.

    As stirfry said, I would be more concerned about a Japanese commercial nuke accident than a USN accident.
