I grow weary of this weakling Masako. It's time Naruhito gave her the boot and relieved everyone of these tax-funded breaks she so desperately needs what with all that hectic waving to the grey masses. Recovery? She's as troubled and flat as the Japanese economy. A bit of fudging of info should take care of that. Like not attending the Olympics in China. Not because she's gone insane but because of some strife in Tibet or some food concerns, none of which would have any impact on the safety of the Imperial Family whatsoever, but let's give those as reasons anyway.

Now THIS is news.
The hopelessly privileged, and the tragi-comedy that is their lives on the aptly named Peacock Throne.
I saw the Crown Prince and Masako in a motorcade in Ishikawa once. 1998, I think it was.
I shouted out: "I still love you, Masako!!!!!!" but I was unable to see if she noticed, as I was being tackled by a rather burly police officer.
He had very firm buttocks. Other than that, it is all a blur.
