I am very happy to hear that Japan will accept some international help in dealing with nuclear reactors. Let's hope the lesson sticks the next time there is a disaster.

It's not help, it's business. The word "help" is wrong, it seems it's for free and for humanitarian reasons, rather than commercial agreements as usual.
