    It finally stopped here at Yokota... good thing, because my back yard was already under 4-6" of water!

    Miserable day in the tokyo area ! Made worse by the fact that everytime one of these typhoons hit, the streets become flash flood zones and ponds that make the kiddie poool out back look like the drinking bowl for max the wonder cat. Shoddy construction by Japans yakuza led construction companies leaves the whole city virtually under three to four centimeters of water ! When will the locals rise up and demand more from their government !
