yeah, but would you have to unroll the whole thing to read it?

I like the idea of printing reading matter on loo rool. I've seen similar ideas in Japan before, albeit simple ones, of printing jokes and pictures on each sheets; but this is much better - somehting to do while you wait! It also stops the "reading on the loo" debate - some people think it's very wrong and unhygienic to keep books and mags in the loo (I'm pro-, myself).

Parents would tease children that a hairy hand might pull them down into the dark pool below.

Parents are mean.

Hmm. I guess there are more meanings for the word print. I go with the old standard, "wipe."

I hear they're also releasing a washlet version of this story - the nozzle sprays fake blood all over your behind.

The company promotes the toilet paper, which will sell for 210 yen a roll, as “a horror experience in the toilet.”

Yeah, I had one of those experiences this morning after I ate some bad gyoza last night.

THe toilets in my office definitely have some undead goings on. the noises and similar emanating from some of the traps are downright spooky.

They don't need this stuff in some of the train stations here.

Well... beats the s&'t out of normal toilet paper, but sounds like you either have to lose a kilo or so to read the whole thing, or just waste a lot of paper.

Japan does make awesome horror, though.

For those with constipation the story may end up being a little too drawn out.
