    Hmm, so who owns that giant hospital in Hiroo with Red Cross's all over it? Is the Japan Red Cross not a parrt of ICRC?

    depending how much more the Japanese economy tanks, it may be usefull to have some relief workers here as well...

    Japan is not a conflict zone... yet! Wait until the T-34 security robots and those soccer playing gizmos grow intelligence of their own and try to take over.

    I would assume the Red Cross in Japan is there for domestic matters. This new office would be for international operations.
