    But this begs the question: Do they really need another civilian airport? With airlines axing flights on non-trunk routes left and right (especially to these backwater areas), will Yamaguchi Pref. be able to persuade any company to fly in?? Now, civilian flights into Atsugi or Yokota, that is a market (Kanagawa/Western Tokyo) that has some possibilities...
